Well currently I'm downloading Cabal (OG) and wondering if its cash shop dependant and stuff. Since when I looked through the cash shop there's a platinum service and pets and stuff.

Yeah, kinda, but not as bad as Trickster, Maple Story.

You could buy some game cash per week/month.

Pets are permanent (I think), Epaulets have a time limit and Platinum Service have time limits as well.

From my experience, you should use the cash shop when you're around 90+. I managed to survive without cash shop items all the way till 100+.
