Well lets take a different approach to how we can let them down, without breaking them.
Unfortunately truth is, it is not this simple, to aspire to make games is one thing, but you really do not have the common grounds and resources to make them.
Now this I am sure you already know, which is the exact reason your posting here, but.... well, like the poster above said.
Your post does not cut it.
Being serious, and being excited about the ability to make a game is.... more than commonly misinterpreted. Promising anything is so shallow at this stage in thinking of game development it basically leads people like us to just say, no to even thinking about helping with your game.
None of this is to try to discourage you, but your going to need more than a post to get going.
I, and I am sure anyone else who is serious about their work will not want to just join a project with no tale, no insurances, no foundation other than a few friends who looked at a game engine and think, "
wow we can make a game now lets do it".
Thats not to say certain aspects of game development is very easy to get into, but actually getting serious people to help out with a supposedly serious developer, requires.....
More to the eye, than a simple post.
