I decided to help ppl know how to run NeoSteam

if you get an error saying "Cant find server or whatever"
either your internet's disconnected
or
you need to manually change the updater
Download link = http://ns.gamenetworks.com/upload/data/nsstarter.zip

THEN
You NEVER should wait for the "Checking files"
Just keep opening it till it updates/sais 100%
