even Wardrome uses a C engine, but i think that it's not relevant until player don't download it, and sees only html :-D

Runescape, IMO, becomes a bit boring after awhile and has thrown me off quicker than I expected. The servers used to go down often and the loading times took forever (even when using a 100MB connection)... Can't really say what should be nº1 (all depends on what each person is looking for) but Runescape is not a game to occupy such place

Runescape is okay, but it's pretty basic. It really all boils down to grinding out skill levels... forever and ever.

Pardus is O.K., but I prefer Chosen Space (personal preference).

Yet Sherwood - that does not deserve to be in a top-games list. It has no development.

When was the last time you looked at Sherwood. It's changed alot, it has much more content now. That said, I am slightly inclined to agree with you. However that it is the only free 3D PBBG in the world counts for something.

I may be adding Fragoria. I've been a little busy lately though and have not had much time to dedicate to the list.
