They are basically gonna be updated daily.

I just tested my BW on the PTS. Is it just me, or did they just buff our DoTs? Everything seems to be dying faster than normal.

you are correct

they pretty much wanted to standardize the DoTs firsthand (which really helped the Magi a lot), so of course this included the BWs DoT. However I'd expect for them to adjust the DoTs later for specific classes.
