Its also reffered to as the focal point.
Quote:
For a lens, or a spherical or parabolic mirror, it is a point onto which collimated light parallel to the axis is focused. Since light can pass through a lens in either direction, a lens has two focal points—one on each side. The distance in air from the lens or mirror's principal plane to the focus is called the focal length.
I guess you can say its on either side of the lens.

The bracket didn't fit in. Link should work.

Its in the eye.

Wiki "eye" and check the lens to see where it is.

what ya mean focal? where it focuses? i would say the back of the retina. and your Cilliary bodies readjust your lens to account for this with close and far objects, unless your farsighted or nearsighted, then glasses correct this(correct me if im wrong).

The Staff have eyes everywhere, and they are always focused on you. (Yes, you.)

Anyway, it's in the eye. The eye of the beholder.
