Problem with resolution...i think?

When I try log in in the sever. i would not be able to see my
log in name/password & server 2 and so on.
anything be on server 1 is like cut off.....
i try to change the resolution.That didnt help.
Also try re-installing it but nothing happen.
Try to get a copy of a config film from a friend but didnt help.
can anyone give me a hand?

Here what I do know
it's not my moniter b/c I try my other moniter.
I did update my driver.
My video card is ATI Radeon 7000.
I use a CRT monitor and the normal resolution is 1024 by 768.
Also I run dual moniters( 2 moniters in the same time )
I dont not have this problem before.
I was able to play the game fine about a year ago
befor the mager crash. it was after the I had this problem
