Maybe a virus? I don't know but I never had that error. It might be that the installation screwed up and you're missing an important file...then again it might not. I don't exactly know...

i have had this issue in two scenario's, when gamecam was active in the background on a warez version of Warcraft III, it occurs. Otherwise because your computer thinks your second medium drive is the one requiring the cd, therefore right click the acutal drive with the cd in it and active 'Use DLA'

If it doenst work then use a cracked .exe, also known as a No-CD patch.
