passworn, when i input the KSSN it said that my KSSN can be used so i click "ok". after that when i wanted to go next, it came like this

u tried using a different web browser?

I dont regularly check my e-mail, so there's no point in giving you that.

For the password part, move ur mouse to support on the main sp page (spgame.com)
then choose the 3rd option that says "개인정보변경" (counting from left to right), then you'll see two boxes, that's where u put ur KSSN. I don't think you can change ur password without verifying ur account using KSSN.

Ok so after you input ur KSSN, u press the button next to the boxes, that should bring you to the next page if you enter the correct KSSN.

On the next page, you should see ur ID. Right on top of the ID, you should see "표시가 있는 곳은 필수 기입항목입니다", next to it, there should be a button. Click on it, then a small window should pop up.

this is what it should look like.

아이디 current ID, (auto filled)
현재비밀번호 (current password)
변경비밀번호 (new password)
비밀번호확인 (retype new password)

After you're done press the button on the bottom, then you should return to the main page logged out. You password should be changed.

can u explain to me about the event(with hawk picture)?

For the hawk event,
u get lvl 9/9/9 event cards on epic channel, 6/6/6 on middle channel, 4/4/4 on beginner. I have to join a hero room to get it for some reason. Once you have the receive event card part. Press the arrows to change accesory item type (boot, pendant, shield, armor....)then press the buttons on the bottom. (dunno what they are but i press the one on the left), then weapon card will be there, again press the arrow to change weapon type (sword, axe, bow, staff). Then again press the button on the bottom, then magic card. You can't change magic card since there's only one. Then press the button on the bottom again and the window should be gone.
(The order is magic -> weapon -> accesory, I dun feel like editing it >.<. I wrote this in http://www.cityarel.com/forums/index.php?showtopic=2269)

-Element of card depends on you main character
-Skills change sometimes when u change card type.
-If your inventory is full, too bad =D wait till next day
-If you go to another channel or switch main character, the event cards will switch too
Ex. You get ur 9/9/9 event cards on epic channel then u go to middle channel, those 9/9/9 will switch to 6/6/6 w/o skill changing, if u go back to epic they change back to 9/9/9.
-Skill will increaase or decrease in certain percentage if you change from lower to higher channel or the other way around.
-After receiving ur card, if u switch ur original main character (For Ex. will) to hazel, then ur wind event cards will switch to earth event cards. (w/o skill changing of course)

In the KSSN, dont fill the bottom part, u only need ur KSSN name and KSSN, bottom part are ur parent's KSSN and e-mail which is not needed.

To change ur main character, in the channel selection,near the top right corner, u should see a square box with ?. There should be a yellowish button next to it. Press on it and u can change ur main character.
The Bold guy is actually cash character, he became really gay if u buy cash item for him, u can modify his look, enhance his ability with avatar item (cash).

Note- If you didnt mean main character, you have to level up to receive characters to use.

btw i really need a help from u...
Can u write down some skills on item(sword, bootz,...) b'coz i've been difficult to know what is that....
For example :*******=Attack time down
*******=Attack damage up

I can't type korean but I'll make screenshots of the skills. (not now, i'll do it tomorrow, brother using the computer at this momment.

hawk event last rom 11/28-12/28, 31 days in total. (Korean time, GMT + around 5)


증가 - increase
감소 - decrease

often added at the end of the skill to show increase or decrease.

here's some skills I defined

-Note that range speed means the speed of the range's attack travels.
-The increase damage skill. If the first 5 korean characters are combined. That means critical damage instead of attack damage.

-Attack speed(melee) is attack time down xD. Hadn't play msp for a while forgot there's a name for melee attack speed.
