They clearly said they would not count down when logged out.
Then after buttloads of people bought them, they changed the description on the Item Mall page.
they did that for several permanent items as well. People bought items that were supposed to last fforever, then the next day it had a 30 day counter on it.
Plus not to mention the fact that this "pvp" game has game breaking CS items. Like +30% attack, +30% def, +100% movespeed items. Hide scrolls, etc etc etc.
