I'm kinda confused now guys. What are the release dates for both the EU version and the Global/NA/US version? I know one is in September, IIRC.

That could be the EU version only. Unless by "English" they mean both.

Eu versions only (gpotato, duh). I doubt there will be an ip block, though.
