I am trying to get the game up and running for the first time, but it's continually giving me the link to repair. When I start up the repair file it references version 1.0.03.14, not the latest 1.0.03.17, could that be what the problem is? I've tried patching up manually from 1.0.03.08 to 1.0.03.14 and then repairing, then patching the latest patch, but that doesn't work either.

Am I missing something? I've un- and re-installed like a dozen times tonight, trying something different each time, lol.

is downloading the 4 files of allods online an alright method to download the game?? has anyone succeed in doing that yet?

The problem with such downloads is that the chance is big that a few files get lost or anything like that. I'd recommend you to download the full client.

I used torrent got it 1,5mb/s

game is just awesome. everything is just too good. especially tutorial zone ( havent seen any game with tutorials of this quality ). But theres one big BUT - the game is still too fresh , meaning theres lots of missing "thing" ( like theres no guild name displaying atm , ui is lacking some functions , some minor optimisation problems , not enough quests at some levels and so on... ) but when its finished , it's gonna be the best f2p game there is
