Anime/manga is a style.
Hentai is a sub-genre. So yes hentai falls under anime/manga.
I enjoy watching/reading them especially when it involves one of my fetishes (stockings/lingerie/uniform/legs). But the art style must match my taste too.

My favorite is probably Taboo Charming Mother from animated series, oh yes I'm such a pervert xD

I think Hentai is Japan's way of saying been there done that, no matter how creepy or raunchy your idea is Japan has used it in a hentai.

Trust me on that one.

although it's weird that Hentai means pervert. Atleast Japan is open when admitting everyone is a pervert. Americans try to hide it like they are too holy to think of anything like sex.

I'd consider animation with a steady sequencing plot last episode anime. There's always exceptions, but that's how I tell an anime from a cartoon. Certain hentai have plots that I actually enjoy, just with sex scenes thrown in. Soo, I definitely consider hentai a form of anime. :O

I've got..darker tastes in terms of hentai. xD
