I suddenly recalled these fuzzy bits of my memory. So it was like... sorta sci fi and stuff. I think there were cyborgs in it. It was bloody...

I remember one paticular scene where this dude is sitting in his car, smoking a cig, then suddenly gets owned by another cyborg / evil guy from the roof of his car. I think the protagonist was a female.

Help me out.

No it isn't any of those.

Hmm it didn't have typical mecha in it, but it did have some robots at some parts I remember...

and I think the female protagonist looked similar to Motoko Kusanagi from GITS.

I remember there were adult themes in it... like she would sorta seduce another guy or something I think.

Lol... really fuzzy memory.

No it isn't any of those....

Well I remember there was one part where the female protagonist was captured and I think they wanted to take her apart to see what made her so powerful or something like that.

No it was more dark and adult...

Just remember this scene where the female lead remembers something, then her friend who is sitting in a car, smoking a cigerette, suddenly gets killed by the bad guy who is on top of the car.

Yeah that's my most vivid memory of it, haha.
