When u use booster in Ludi PQ bonus does it help u knock down the boxs faster?

It depends.

Sometimes, I hit the boxes as fast as the booster would go.
Then again, sometimes I hit the boxes every 2 hits. So for every 2 times I attacked, I hit it once.
