In case I need to quickly race people up a fake set of windows, with a ladder?

what if your mother was trapped in a skyscraper and all the elevators and stairs were out and the fire department were to scared to get her and all you had was a ladder

Then if such an impossible situation arised, I would probably have superpowers, do I'd use them.

In the real world, I fail to see why I wish I would have that.
