Depends on what type of game you're looking for.. Call of Duty is alot more fast paced than CS and is more of a run and gun type game. Counter Strike isn't "realistic" but more so than Call of Duty. Counter Strike doesn't have a real single player, though. So if you're looking to go thru a story line get Call of Duty, for sure.

Don't listen to half of these people on onRPG, Counter Strike is so much more challenging than Call of Duty. Since I've been playing, I've been in countless Main, IM and Open teams.. I haven't played "seriously" in years, but if you're looking for a challenge, go with CS. People have been playing this game for years.. and if you've never played CS before pubbing will probably be challenging at first, much less playing in any leagues.
