his head is so squary

btw when i was typing my prev post i didnt think of certain cartoons that DO kick *** like Beavis & butthead, Southpark, Family Guy. as for fighting cartoons, no, pretty much fail sadly.

i use to watch the following cartoon when i was little, though i dont' watcht hat many variety XP
Batman
Spiderman
Ironman
Hulk
Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles (all of them)
Heman
Hercules
Flash Gordon
Speed Racer (there were a few different kidns too =p)
Rugrats
Arnold
Captian Planet (yea, w/e

)

there's alot more, but its been ages, so i can't remember them all. back in the days, these american cartoon i use to watch are no worse than any anime these days. to be freak, nowadays american cartoons aren't what they use to be, old fashion and good. beside for Avatar

Come on Captain Planet was a pretty trippy show. It may have had an agenda but it was still pretty cool as an original concept like Pirates of Darkwater.

I can't agree with the other point. The way episodes were constructed for a lot of animated shows was terrible in the 80s and occasionally just as bad in the 90s. Certain shows I used to love as a kid I see now as unwatchable as an adult. That's pretty much the main reason I hold Thundercats in high regard. It wasn't a hack job like most of the other shows back then.

Old Anime doesn't have the same low level of quality in editing, writing, and direction.
