Bottom line... those registry programs are pretty much crap. 99% of the time they cause more problems than they fix.

The only one in that list you have that doesn't suck a lot, is ccleaner. I have yet to have that cause an issue, but I always make backups before it does anything.

The registry is very sensitive so unless you are 50000000% sure of what you are doing, never ever ever ever touch the registry.

So yea, restore backups of your registry from all of those programs to get back to normal. Then, uninstall those programs and never ever download them again.
I know, I made a backup, several. Well, unless I touch the registry, I really can't go on my computer outside of safe mode. So...um...I'm not really sure which programs/registry values/keys are causing my computer to shut down. Is there any GOOD program that tells me?

EDIT: I found four that keep showing up and never get fixed.

HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT/.msdvd
HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT/.sfcache
HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT/.slupkg-ms
HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT/.WebAllowBlockList

Found on AML Free registry cleaner

I also found 19 problems on my Eusing free registry cleaner, should I delete them too?
Should I manually delete them?

My free registry cleaner lets me open up the problems in Registry Editor so it shouldn't be hard to delete em. ( I Also made a new back up now)

Well, some errors wouldn't let me delete the files/keys, but, one says the source of the problem to one of the errors is Windows.DVD.Maker, Lawlz. I'll delete that too I guess.
