i play this game every now and then but i get stuck went i go to the feilds where the guy stands with a red quest thing on his head and idk what to do next

So i kinda just started this game and was wondering if anyone who still plays it wants to give me a hand figuring it out. and anyone know if this is supose to get an english version or anything?

I'm actually reinstalling it as we speak. I believe I had a lvl 20 or so Samurai. I dont know much about it either, but It would be nice to play with someone I can understand. lol
