Just wondering what the little green or gray boxes mean under a persons username? The green ones say "*Username* is on a distinguished road" and my gray one just says "firesnowball" when you hover over it. What does this mean exactly?

It's your reputation. In the new scheme (True OnRPG), the numeric reputation stuff was replaced with an indicator. You.. uhm... have 0 reputation
