Yes it has PvP.

Not sure about how it is now, but a few months ago it was pretty much dominated by ranged mage/archer builds when they transformed into paladin (which cost 10$ or so a month).

Pvp has no point.

There are no rankings or rewards.

And people sit in the arena and chat all day.
