Hmm....I just got Job Lvl.41....and I'm a Theif....but I don't know what kinda 2nd job class I should get.So,should I get Assassin or Rogue?Please give me some advice plz.

you should change job at 50 so you can have more skill points and i think assasin comes after rogue..

If you plan to pvp alot use rouges =] but if you just wanna mvp and kill monsters use sin's =].
