Does american servers have nation wars b/c the site were you download the american client didnt say anything.
Nation wars is the only reason im gonna play again.

of course it does. If it did not have nation wars it would be very far behind other versions of cabal in terms of content. Heck, I wouldn't be playing Cabal if the nation wars update did not exist.
