Although i'm a overseas worker, I don't need a visa sponsorship.

I can do the Concept-Art,Illustration(Both Vector and bitmap are possible) and plus, also GUI

Well, this is mainly a hobby forum; you sound like you're looking for serious work, so I doubt you'll be able to find it here.

You might try http://gamedev.net/. They're a lot more serious over there, and people have a lot more funds.
