Hello guys I need help,

I have made an account for the US version of ghost online at http://ghost.netgame.com/

and when I try to log on my account it say you connected from a wrong path wich mean I cant get into my acccount , cant get no support since you must be loggin to have support.. (stupid) and cant download cant play this game...
and by checking the forums none have this problem so can yall help me on this please? thank you
