This guy obviously made this up. It's obvious from the style of writing, especially in referencing an un-duplicable bug. Also, release dates are never set in stone in the software industry; the timeframe is always in flux. There's no way they had something like that planned that far back.

Like i said, He just made it up. Its very easy to translate a hex code into text. and vica versa.
