Ok This is probably going to be my noobiest post ever.
So I've seen a lot of people placing .gifs on their sigs and everything.
Most of them that I've seen are clips from other videos.
For example, the Dramatic Chipmunk. a clip from this japanese show. how would you create a gif from that small clip?
some sort of program?
I wasn't sure whether i should post this on the graphics section or general. so I decided to post this here.
