arr, not sure about everyone else,
but you can basically take a time frame from a movie,
cut it in windows movie maker or something
to get each individual frame and then use flash to piece together
the clip and then save it in gif format ,3,~ that's what i use to do
when i made gifs, but not anymore :x~

not sure if there are advance ways now of doing it~ there probably is.
