I get this ALL THE TIME!
When I'm walking, settings get in the way,
like all of a sudden my screen will be grey, or different blues and greens.
Are there any settings I can change that will at least help FIX that problem?

click ur right mouse button and rotate the camera.

outdated graphics card, get a new one
