Default Team looking for some new members

Team name: We are not an official company, though we hope to be so within the next year or so. Our team name is FireShackGaming.com

Project name: I'm sure some of you guys already know of this game, OutBurst Online.

Brief description: Currently we are nearing a standstill, and it is my job as the project leader to get us out of this rut. Right now we pretty much have a functional team. We have coders, modelers, mappers, texture artist, sound artist, etc. One thing we are missing are concept artist, which is the main reason why I am posting this now. However, we are open to anyone who is willing to drop an application with appropriate skills. We also have a fully functional forum with our own domain.

Target aim: Our first thought was to make this game P2P. Mainly so we could just use it to pay for all our expenses in the end for the server and to make a new game with a more professional team and equipment. However, I don't want to give ourselves a bad name here. So more or less it would just be a F2P game with a cash shop of the sort.

Compensation: Currently I cannot offer compensation for any work. All your work used in this game will be credited towards the artist/ owner. However, we do plan on making this an official game company. So this means there will be compensation later on down the lines if you would wish to stick with the team.

Technology:
We are using the jME engine (Java Monkey Engine).
[We currently just started working with the jME engine as a last attempt to jump start this game. The coders have taken this entirely into their hands at the moment and I am currently unaware of the language we are using. It is either C++ or Python.]
Our modelers are using Lightwave and 3Dsm.
Our animators are using Lightwave and 3Dsm
All our textures and graphics are created using Photoshop
Our sound is being made in Fruity Loops, Audacity, and some other programs.

Talent needed: The top of our list right now are concept artist and animators. We are still open to anyone who has sufficient talent in 2D art, 3D art, animation, Coding (C++ and Python), sound (SFX and BGM), creative writers.

Team structure:
Lance: Myself. I work as the project leader as well as do 3D models and animations. I've been with the project since the start and have been in the game development loop for roughly five years now.

Wind: My right hand man, been with the project pretty much since the start as well, a good 4 years ago. He works mainly as a 3D artist and does little 2D and textures.

Speed: The main coder on our team, been with us for roughly a year now. Only just became a recently active coder. Started learning when his friend Lcky joined the team about a year ago as well. Currently Lcky is injured and is now taking lead in coding.

Lcky: Our previous head coder. Currently out of the action due to an accident. With the team for roughly a year.

Frizzle: Team manager as well as domain owner and site manager. He's been with us for about two years. I've worked with him on a previous title around five years ago and he's been on and off the team constantly. Now he is finally a full time member sticking till the end.

Llamalord: Secondary team manager along with Frizzle. Also works as a part time modeler. Been with the team for about two to three years.

Cursed: Our writer head. I've worked with him for about five years now. Also does some sound work. We also have some freelance members who drop by time to time and do some work for us.

We also have two bands whow work with us to create some custom official music for our game (Local Bands, you know, those guys you see at school playing their guitars and stuff).

Additional Info:
Outburst is an MMORPG that is mainly based off of customization, PVP, quest, and non repetative grinding. Sounds like any other MMO right? Well you're wrong at that. Most traditional games just have you pick a character, click a mob, kill that mob, you lvl up, your stats all go into certain places on their own, you pick a skill for your lvl, then you repeate this while following some quest that says go find 10 snakeskin hides. I'm pretty sure most of you guys are just sitting there nodding your heads just thinking "Yeah, he's completly right." Though there are some exceptions to some games in where they do try to take a different path.
Right now i'll just talk about some of the main things in this game, customization, animations, quest, and PVP.
Customization: Many games usually kill the whole customization thing and just say "Well here are five characters, a mage, a warror, a priest, an archer, and a knight." Occasionally you get the lucky chance to pick where to be a girl or a boy. In this game we will have about six to eight races at the start along with the ability to pick your gender. When you pick your class you will start off as basically a blank sheet. Here you will pick out of a multitude of options, eyes, mouth, ears, nose, hair, etc. We decided to trash the whole 5000 options in making your own unique nose (Or any other body part) in the game and just give you about ten options or so. When you are done with that you can pick your height and physique and that's about it for your body. The next step from here is just to pick your style of armor or clothing and buy it in the game. We are still debating on the armor types in this game. (The game year is roughly 2000-2020 in the modern world. You really don't see people walking around in battle ready armors. Also this game is more on the sides of magic and swords. Ask of the site for a full bio of the game storyline as I will only be talking about key features in this post.)
Quest: The one thing I hate the most about games is the repetative quest. Whether you be lvl one five or lvl fifty, it's basically the same just with higher lvl things to fight. The most obvious out of all quest, either kill this a certain amount of times, or kill till you find all the items. We will still have these quest, but just make them a bit more interesting. So something like find 10 bear paws or something would be that you kill ten bears, take your sword out, lift up the bear arm, and cut off the hand and put it in your bag or something. So no matter what you know you get a paw if you at least kill it. So that whole repetative grinding stops when you can't find that one paw after your tenth kill. I'll go more into quest later on if anyone would like to hear it.
PVP: PVP is essentially the main focus on most games. It's pretty much fun regardless of what game you are on. Now what would make it funner? How about full control of your character. More on the basis of skill rather than lvl and class? This game will be a hack and slash MMO. You won't be able to just click this guy and auto attack him constantly. Now you need to chase this guy around the map hitting him with everything you got while using the map for cover. You can dodge, roll, block, etc. PVP battles will also consist of Siege battles, nation battles, race battles, quest battles, objective battles, duels, etc.
