Can WAR be ran on 3gigs of RAM, 32 bit Vista Home Premium, ATI X1300 PRO, and Dual core processor @ 1.8ghz..? =\ At all..? Or will I struggle on Low-Medium settings?

And also... How are the US servers? I hear they are decreasing, but I was wondering if there are one or two (or more) servers that are still rather populated. Wanting to go Order so... if anyone could answer this question, that would be great.

So, yea. I'm about to go out around town and I have a $50 Gamestop gift card that I'm debating to use on WAR or not. I only have 1gig of RAM atm, but I'm getting 3 extra soon, possibly today.
