Okay honestly speaking, runescape is for more of the childish gamers. Runescape, like stated before is so popular because of how you don't have to download anything. Children who are younger who aren't aloud to download anything often play runescape because they don't have to download anything so their parents/siblings don't get angry and they can still play. Also the membership isn't that expensive and as well as how you can play with a really poor computer. Honestly I think it's great that runescape is out because it introduces you to the world to mmorpg's, and for people who don't have great computers they can still have fun on runescape. Myself personally, i got banned from it like 3 years ago. I played it from like 2001-2005. Back then my brother didn't let me download any games. So I say runescape isn't really that bad. I'm never going to play it again, yet it was cool. Then I heard they took out the whole pking aspect and the whole "balanced trading thing" which completely ruins the WHOLE game. Because how can you really make money now? I mean sure you can go fishing and mining yet what's the point? People mostly made money so they could pvp more better. Also I personally made my money from pking and merchanting now if I were to join and get back to level 124 I wouldn't be able to make money before. (Yes I got to level 124, and yes I know that's sad)
