um plvl and tg i guess. But arrows wont matter once your higher lvl, lets say 100+. Archers are the best hunters, so they dont really worry much about money. Do what i do, when lvl 120+ farm waters.

Reborn them and get super dragons to sell.

yea, but if you dont wanna use money on arrows, then just dont use arrows at all! =D

anyways, archers spend very few arrows for scattershot, and hit a lot of enemies for half dammage. half dammage might not sound good, but if you use 2 arrows to shoot 8 beasties (example numbers of course), it'd be like using 4 arrows with a regular attack.
