They've already shut down as of 11/21/08.
It seems as though they'll be coming back up.

The thing I really dont get is..that why would they put it on the NA ver..when there was no Dragon gem to begin with?

Rawr! so would i,I didnt even get a chance to play it,And when i saw the youtube videos i was craving the game....Then i tried going on the site and that evil message appeared........
