They were meant to but an incision in the balls but instead it went onto his dick.
And then they compensated him like $750k or something.
And had his dick replaced with arm muscle... or something like that.
But he can't feel lit.
What a pity.
And kind of a benefit, getting kicked in the nuts wouldn't be a burden anymore.
