What do you have to do to "Complete" the nightfall campaign? Finish all the missions? Finish all the quests? Get all the titles?

Basically storyline its just the missions and follow up chain quests then its up to you if you want the titles or not

For the purpose of getting hard mode, you have to complete the mission Abbadon's Gate.

For players standards that can mean anything from completeing that mission, to getting your guardian, to completing every quest, getting the skill hunter title, beating domain of anguish, or getting elonian vanquisher.

The reason I ask this is because I am trying to get Tormented Weapons for some of my characters, but I have to finish the nightfall campaign to get to the area where I can get them.

You have to finish Abbadon's Gate, and head to the chanty of secrets. Talk to the gate guards, and kneel in front of the statue of kormir. The avatar of kormir that appears wil ltake you to the gate of anguish which is the lobby for the four domain of anguish areas. All the stuff ofr the tormented weapons is there.

Just keep doing the primary quests/mission to get to abbadons gate.
