Hello ONRPG world, It's my first post here, and i wanted to make it count.

First off, thank you for the time and effort you put into the faq, i came across this game a few weeks ago, waiting on Nexon USA to release it. After i discovered many were playing the korean version, i attempted to find/download/register, to no avail of course. After reading this guide, i am at least on the right track (used this guide as well as this one http://www.onrpg.com/boards/114578.html (Elsword permanent account tutorial) which has nexon login korean instructions.

If everything works out (patch is downloading now) then i will be joining you guys shortly. i will look into what server everyone is on, and i hope to have fun with you guys on this game.

Again, thanx for the hard work you put into the guide

Edit: well, download is going at an amazing 12kbps, so i will check up on it tonight, unless i find somewhere else to download it

I give up. I sat there and tried to find working KSSN and generated some for like 3 hours.

Got passed the child one legally. The adult one however is where ive given up :l

If that's the case, then just do it the Nexon way. It's much easier, and faster. I had made this guide before Neople sold into Nexon, so this was the only way back then. =/

So using that elseworld guide works for DnF to? Am not good with moon runes.

Yeah, any k-Nexon account will work for DnF. Practice I guess. =/

Do you know how old this guide is, or how many patches and updates the korean version has on the unreleased English version? ._.

Anyway, just checkin i am on the right path, i registered with nexon, and if i log into my account, i am able to see my character stats (currently 0). I downloaded the 800mb+ installer, and installed game. then i ran the launcher from the website, and i get...

which will, according to the counter, be done with the 819 updates in like... 48 hours. Please give me an update ASAP if there is anything i should be doing, or if i did something wrong already.

You're not using the korean unicode, which you change in the control panel. But that's not the main problem.

The patcher is un-godly slow and the only thing we really have to fix it, is to close it, and try it again until you get a better speed. I'd keep at it until you get at least 100kbs. =/
