Ok so after playing arad for a couple of hours and then browsing the forums, i realized that more english speakers play dnf. So i went in and created a nexon account and on both IE and Firefox i cant DL the game. On IE i click game start and the load goes for a couple of seconds and then nothing happens. On Firefox i just cant log in cuz it cant find some plug-in or something.

Any help?

think you mean to far behind, right?

and if i understand correctly, knowing nexon and their updating system, and the fact that the US version will be 2 years behind, it will take a while to catch up, if we ever get close.

i restarted the launcher like you suggested, after putting the korean unicode (had chinese while starting to play their version) and it speed jumped up. it's now between 65k and 150k, so should be done in the next 2 hours or so.

Too bad i have a 8A.M. class tomorrow, or else i would be on then. hope to see you guys on, and what server should i join

Actually your wrong.

From their teaser info they have priest class as well as the 4th mage class. They also have the awakenings for all chars except the priests.

NA DFO are not that far behind the Japanese version or the Korean version.

Recently NA has shown it is gaining pace with updating it's games. So i doubth they will disapoint with DFO. But they do need a new translator dev team. The current one did a horrible job on translating things.

well, their information shows a lot, as far as 1st and 2nd job changes, but with Nexon now owning the Korean and NA version, that would not be a hard task to show. the question still is, what will be available on launch date, and will we have access to the lvl 18 (and 40?) lvl changes, rather than just first class during the beta stages. playing grand chase in 4 different regions (Ntreev-NAGC, Playasia- GCSea, levelupgames - GCBR, and the Korean version for a time) it really depends on the company having rights, and the community itself.

Wait... i take that back, the US version of DnF may be a lot faster than others, there will be a lot of people playing it. Hell, between 2 forums there is over 2000 pages of posts about other countries playing the korean and japanese versions.


P.S. My patch is done, now what server should i play on, what is the one most people are on?

So i just started playing this game again, i played once before like 3 years ago but quit cuz i had no clue what i was doing really and had nobody to talk to, i'm playing a fighter hoping to be a grappler someday i just started and wondering if someone could show me the ropes, i'm playing on Siroco if anyone wants to help me out or play with me.

BTW, when i say i cant login in firefox, i mean i cannot click the botton. it does absolutely nothing.

Firefox won't work due to the ActiveX plugins they use for their site.

It's annoying and I only use IE for this game, but it's the only way to do it.

On the bright side, once you finally get the game, you can back it up somewhere, copy it to the folder where it would normally go on another computer, and not have to patch the entire thing.

Yep i knew you cant use firefox. The thing is though that whenever i click on gamestart in IE, nothing happens.

EDIT: NVM i fixed it.
Edit 2: I am in the game and my IGN:toshiryu. If anybody would like to buddy up or invite me into the english guild(idk the name) that would be nice. I just created a GK on the shapeshifter server. Is that the roght one?
