I really wish Korea was a bit more open-minded to it's protection services. Forcing you to slag your identity to some game company just so you can play their games just makes 0% sense to me.

The more sensible and reasonable thing to do would just be for most people to change over to Arad Senki; mainly because it doesn't encourage illegal activities. I know there's a lot of people who have high level characters on the Korean server, but honestly, I really wouldn't recommend new players to sign up for DnF. Not as long as there's an alternate solution that doesn't endorse identity theft.

Well I hope you have a great time solo'ing every dungeon you do if you go to Arad because the VPN will lag way too much to play in a party. (Yes, this also means pvp will be horrible)

Online games in Korea are absolutely huge. In the long run, having your personal information attached to the account helps keep your account safe from the ever so common hacker. Theres a ton of reasons why the need of a KSSN makes sense but it all comes down to "well that encourages ID theft".

Arad Senki blocks the US and other regions, meaning its also illegal to be playing there as well, so thats not even a solution. Pick your poison, and the better one would be DNF.

I have redownload the game.
I turn off all antivirus and firewall, I added the Korean at vista, but it still does not :-(

try using a year 1999 to 2000 (99xxxx or 00xxxx) or even lower to register with this method.

like i said arad only blocks america and singapore, only them, and will only be them, until i find out more... meaning those who arent in us or singapore can easily play arad and do not need vpn

omg after gameguard update its bugging again! :'(

i have made a small video with my problem:

system: vista64bits FRENCH (same problem on english XP)
no_unicode program: korean
graphic card: last update HD4580 2go (1680x1050)
all firewall and antivirus: turn off
i have redownload the game and reinstall it.
dont working

same problem on my 2PC.

Actually the central US isn't blocked. I can play it just fine without a proxy...

You know that they are two entirely different things. IPs are something that a company or organization controls, KSSNs are something that individual people control. Would you rather have your name tag or your identity swiped?

I just don't understand why people want to risk those things and go through a lot more trouble just to play a different version.
