imo they should make all gamers take like a 15-20 minute psychological test and depending on the results you get a certain kind of id card ..where if you do bad ont he test and show your id they wont let you buy the game..things like that.....i know it sucks but at this point its what we need with all these psychos gaming and giving us all a bad name

Alright
I'm a little skeptical about the details in that article. I don't mean to defend the kid, because he shot his parents with the intent to kill them; Dumb no matter what the reason. But I don't believe Halo 3 could have been the sole motivation for this. Obviously, there were many other issues in the household, and the article said, I believe, that there was a ONE MONTH gap between the confiscation of the game and the shooting. The game was probably barely even related. I'm gonna go out and say this is probably just the legal system trying to pick something to blame on a psychopathic teenager. Kids are ****ed. Not usually the video game's fault. Anyone would be ****ed when you grow up in an enviroment where your parents and the ENTIRE SOCIETY YOU LIVE IN contradict each other everytime they meet. Society is horrible right now. Most "decent" parents aren't. The contradiction a kid has to be raised in would **** anyone up. |
