There are certain level gaps which feel rather grindy. As a Wizard the level gap from 65 to 80 was terrible, TERRIBLE. But then from 80 to 100 it got better. I'm level 105 right now and the grind is decent. It takes about 6 hours of pure grinding to level up IF you only use EXP enchanted Fashion Stuff. Could take less if I had moar EXP boosters, but meh, I'm cheap.

It doesn't take long to level in the game provided you get the hang of questing.

I actually hated the questing system though, even though it provides good exp, money and rewards. Having to do the quest then run back to town three times was annoying. I'd rather have to do the quest once and get a big mega reward than 3 individual mini quests with decent rewards or at the very least, allow players to turn in the quest on the spot.

Arcadia/mountian Tigers are a pain, party with someone or hit and run. The explorer skill Back Dash helps.

If I remember correctly you should be questing around the Temple of Pluton around that level. It should be pretty fast if you do all quests in the area, run back to town to turn em in, rinse and repeat 2 more times. 2 hours per level at the 10-20 range is really slow.

They want you to buy the Warp Crystal, that's why they want you to move around and realize how annoying it is to go from one spot to the other 3 times in a row. D:

But yeah... some quests have you traveling the whole world, and that's pretty annoying.

That's what I hate about quests.

Any quest that involves alot of running around or alot of monster grinding to try to get stuff, I don't like.

I consider it grindy if your a casual player (1-2 hours max).

I also consider Maplestory very grindy but I won't compare the two as i will definitely get flamed.

The CB rates were fine in my opinion...in the OB i cant seem to force my self past lv 20 (explorer-bow) the boggle things give pretty decent EXP but the beetles/bats are pretty insanely hard to kill...making the grind a killer. I like the level of difficulty but i don't think it fits with the grind (spend 30 seconds killing a bat and get like 0.08%?).
