Although that's not exactly animation, that more like beginning of programming.

I need soemthing that won't take me more than 3 days to make a good animation and won't get me an "F". My teacher knows I have a little skill with pencil and paper, so he'll want to see that transfer into an animation. lol

I'll check out the other suggestions. <.<

Photoshop cs3 and cs4 have both a built-in basic animation program, which is fairly easy to use. you should check it out
