Am I right? Give me an amen if you feelin' it.
It seems like they keep getting rid of all the good cartoons. Remember Cartoon Network's golden age? When Dexter's Laboratory was popular and had new episodes? When the Power Puff Girls were around and weren't in re-runs? Remember Ed, Edd and Eddy? When Toonami was around and DBZ was still on air and Naruto and One Piece and so on were on? What they have right now? a bunch of cartoons that suck. The only comedy ones I like to watch that still have new episodes often that are actually half good, are Chowder, The Misadventures of Flapjack and Total Drama Island, and even it won't be back until this summer. And they replaced the anime with these Friday Night Action Lineup or whatever it's called with these so-called "action cartoons". They'll never stand up to anime. They aren't even action animes! Just some average looking cartoons with some fighting and adventure but most of it depends on comedy! What's this? Some Star Wars: The Clone Wars. What's that? Like the 3rd or 4th time they called a Star Wars thing on CCNW "Clone Wars". Give it a rest already. Ben Ten: Alien Force. Not interesting. Bakugan is just a knock off of the other cartoons like Yu-Gi-Oh or however it's spelled and Pokemon. Atleast those two were original. Bakugan failed. Pokemon, I don't like, but I'm not gonna start a flame war about that right now. The Secret Saturdays sounds like the title of some sorta bad secret thing my or someone's next door neighbors do on Saturday mornings and/or nights. Besides, it didn't quite tickle my fancy. the 1000th Transformer cartoons is alright, but adverage. I think I missed one, so if I did, let me know. They got Jet Stream which lets you watch some Toonami cartoons. I thought I check it out 'cause it sounds awesome. I Find Naruto, which I might watch, Zach Bell which died........but what's this!? NO ONE PIECE???!!!??!?!??!/11111///!!11 I said screw it. They Have Action Flicks Saturday, but I don't care about those old movies. At this rate, in the near future, Cartoon Network is gonna be dominated by a bunch of crap, and it even gonna be worth a glance. Discuss. |

I knew I left some out. I just couldn't remember all the names.
When the future comes more and more, things get better. Sometimes, time moving forward has a negative effect on things. CCNW is one of those that don't need time to forward, or else they doom-ed. |

First, they need to get rid of those damn "Teen" cartoons. I like nonsensical adventures over "omg my teen hormones uggh so embarassed tehee" blah blah. If I really want that i'd either go outside and live it or watch Nick.
(Nick has gone downhill too, putting up real shows and less cartoons, Nick was great back then too, CatDog, Angry Beavers, RugRats, Ren and Stimpy.) Yeah, I miss Dex's lab, not the new version, the old version. I really miss 2 Stupid Dogs, Cow and Chicken, and Johnny Bravo as well. Hell, i'd be happy if they put Camp Lazlo or Gym partner back on. This new stuff is just horrible, except Chowder and Flapjack of course. (PPG 10 year celebration makes me feel old)
