I think (<-- See? Look at that. Opinion. Don't bother trying to prove wrong a thought with facts and statistics) that both genders are essentially equally 'naughty'.

As someone above said, it's more noticeable in girls because it's something you don't think you're used to seeing.

To add to it, I also think that there are a lot of guys who are a little nervous about being openly naughty because of the stigma attached to their gender as vandalising, respectless perverts. Females, as of yet, don't have quite the same social truancy attached to their gender that males do. So they can act out more freely.

In addition to the last comment; the neo-feminist movements may or may not have anything to do with that. I think a lot of females feel like they're protected by the political double-standards placed on genders now. In a lot of social ways, they can't really be scrutinized for doing anything wrong or else they're the victim of sexism.

I'unno.
I think I probably read far too far into this topic for this one post.
