Does anyone know where I can find a Video Capture device that works well with PS2/Xbox 360/Wii games, but is also compatible with lower-end computers? Because I want to be able to record videos on my PS2, Xbox 360 and Wii.

Dont think you can, but you could always use a GOOD quality camera or a video camera to record - then link it back into your computer.

I think the easiest way is to get a tv tuner card and hook up your system to the computer then just fraps it.
