pardus starts off small, then it becomes a time killer. Its a huge graphical simultaneous turn based space game. It has extra features like guilds and the ability to build factories from low levels to supplement your income. People can post bounties on others. There are also 3 different factions with faction wars.
I quit because this game became a time consuming exercise in obeying my guild leaders price changes. I wasn't enjoying playing under a dictatorship. But it is a populated time killer that starts small and increases as you lvl up.
