Switching classes mid game isn't really a benefit when you look at all the expenses of getting new equipment to boost whatever class you are switching to, not to mention you have to re-stat which nobody really likes doing unless you have to.

It's basically all those reasons, and so people don't suddenly find out a certain class is a powerhouse than switch to that, leaving all the other classes for dead -.-
