Discrimination does not apply to something such as a video game. If a developer does not make a video game that a disabled person can't play than it is not the developers fault and they are not held accountable because video games are a form of expression covered under the first amendment, they are art. Not only that but it's considered entertainment, a luxury.
Granted MMO's are different because they are a service that you pay for continually every month. Discrimination in this case would be allowing them not to play because they are disabled, not letting them cheat or get the upper hand because they are disabled.
