- There are skills that you can use abiliti points to level up in the game. If u want to be mele, you raise mele skills like smash combat mastery, def, etc..
If u want to be mage raise icebolt, magic mastery, firebolt,etc. Or u can raise both mele and magic skill. This takes a lot of ap and require rebirths which cost real money.

-Horses are buy from the cash shop and cost real money also.

-Houses you need in game money to bid on, not nx. But you need storage servive to own a house i believe. THe service cost Nx. But im not sure if u need service or not (can any1 confirm?).

You don't need Storage Service to own a house. That's why people try to get houses. It's like having a shop without having to pay for it.

There aren't defined classes, but the skills and the level of the skill determines your "class".

2- Horses are pets, and all pets are cash shop items. Meaning you need NX.

3- A player can bid on houses to own them for a month, different house types have different minimum bid and taxes(tax rate can be different depending on the residence).
A house is not so expensive, you could get one of the chepeast ones by bidding 200-300k. And you get back 90% of that after the leasing time is over, so if you won a bid for 300k you'll get 270k back when the time is over.

Houses are mainly for storage, and a 24/7 shop you can have open without having to be online. You can own a house without service but theres no point on it.

If you have a house but no storage service you can only do the following: store money on the house and pay taxes.



Theres 2 residences, each one is ran by a guild, these guilds own a castle, and the leader can set the tax rates and other things.

Castles cost over 100millon

Talk about the seriousity.


1. There are a lot of cross breeds of mabinogi characters you can do in game without having to rebirth like every single people do here(I still call it a waste of 10$ rather you like it or not) instead lvl high because there actually isn't a 'set' max lvl. So until you could afford the rebirths just keep lvling because its easy. And its better then sitting around after 20th lvl for 3 weeks. As for me my normal level of rebirth is 100. Yes I am talking korean servers leave me alone you monstahs!

My reccomendation for choosing a class would be a "Mage Knight" is what I like to call it. Just make your combat mastery, smash, windmill to numbered ranks. And get rank 5 iceball. Because that will allow for you to do more skill combos then any other would allow. Such as.

Attack, windmill, ice ball, counter, defense, attack..... well you get the idea.

Also my suggestion is that you don't get sharp mind up at all. As you can tell while playing what stance the opponent/ or the monster is doing.

If they move slowly its defense.
If they stop for a second and suddenly move fast its smash.
If they stay in the same spot but not chasing for your view its windmill.
If they stay in the spot and chasing you its counter.

There's respectful ways to counter such skills.

For defense you would use smash to break their defense.

If its smash you would normally attack them because the delay for attack is a lot smaller then that of smash.

If its windmill a little trick of iceball would make him come out of that stance.

If its a counter just windmill in front of him as that he can't counter something so stylish.
